Previously a long-time Principal/Chief Creative at Perception, I’ve mastered several disciplines, many of which stem from motion design and user experience. A passion for creative execution quickly became 10+ years of leadership, direction and strategy. This wide range of past experiences has helped to define my specific expertise.

I’m an accomplished public speaker, presenting and keynoting conferences worldwide. Audiences love the way I demystify beloved films and popular products. My experience in front of large audiences translates well to more intimate settings. I lead engaging workshops, and am a master at delivering the winning pitch.

From Executive Creative Director to Lead Artist I've done it all, but that's not why my clients come back.
Today, I consult with clients by bringing highly concentrated value to specific hurdles in the process. Rather then deliver advice, I work directly with teams and clients as a model for leaders in the organization/agency. This approach inspires, while breaking habits and forging new competencies.
